Construction of a fly-over on the High Level Road near Bo-Tree junction at Nugegoda, commenced on 7th October 2008 and opened on 23rd January 2009.

The purpose of construction of this fly-over is to eliminate the traffic delay at the Bo-Tree Junction, Nugegoda .
